NOTICE TO RESIDENTS
Effective January 1, 2016, the City of New London has contracted with Keystone Appraisal Group, Inc., from Green Bay WI to perform assessments for the City.
As part of their duties, Keystone Appraisal will be performing inspections for assessment maintenance on properties for any of the following reasons:
- Building Permit issued in 2015
- New Construction
- Remodeling or addition
- Recent Sale
- Assessment Review Request
- General Record Review
In addition, Keystone Appraisal will also be conducting a revaluation of all residential and commercial properties within the City starting in February of 2016 and running through September of 2017. Within the next few weeks an informational letter will be sent out to each property owner explaining the revaluation process.
A revaluation requires interior and exterior inspections of all properties to verify current information on each property is accurate.
