The crews are almost done moving equipment and tools from the old City garage to the new City garage. The Crews plan to have everything they plan to keep out by April 15th. I have finished the specifications and bid package for the demolition of the old City Garage. We will be putting the bid advertisement in the newspaper this week and send invites to known demolition contractors. We are planning to have the bid opening for this project on March 23rd. The bid results would be brought to the April common Council meeting for approval. I have signed an agreement with a local auctioneer to auction the remaining items in the garage. We have the auction planned for Saturday, April 8th.
