Open Gym times
available!
The Washington Center Gym is open for anyone to come play Friday nights from 5:45-8:45 p.m. and Saturdays 9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. for $4.00.  Open gym is a great time to get some extra practice in for your favorite sport or just burn off some extra energy when it's not so nice outside.  Some equipment is available but you are also welcome to bring your own.  There is a supervisor on site at all times.  6 and under must be accompanied by an adult, adult gets in FREE!  If there are less than 4 people after the first 2 hours, the supervisor will close the gym.

Fees for all Zumba classes:    Residents: $27.00 for 10 classes or $3.00 per class 
             Non-Residents: $38.25 for 10 class or $4.25 per class
Senior (60 years and older) Resident Fee: $13.50 for 10 classes
Senior (60 years and older) Non-Resident Fee: $19.00 for 10 classes
Instructors will use half passes for the Wednesday Strong classes

You can purchase your class pass
at the New London Parks and Recreation Department or the New London Aquatic and Fitness Center.
                                                         

Personal Training
The New London Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of different options for Personal Training including training with a friend to not only motivate you but also cut the cost in half!  Check out the informational flyer here!
