The Library, established in 1895, is part of the sixteen member Outagamie/Waupaca Library System (OWLS). Patrons may place holds at the Library's automated catalog to obtain materials from OWLS libraries.

The Library offers a variety of materials for circulation: books, videos, DVDs, compact discs, books on CD, books on tape, art prints, puppets and children's puzzles. Computers are available for public use and the Library also offers Internet access.  Children's Services are important at the New London Public Library.  The Library offers preschool story times and programs for children in elementary school.  The Summer Reading Program provides activities, programs, and reading incentives during the summer.  To receive a Library Card, applicants need to show proof of address.
