When do I need a Building Permit

A.  All new construction with the exception of storage sheds not exceeding 120 square feet in size.
B.  Window replacement.
C.  Siding replacement.
D.  Electrical service upgrades.
E.  Replacement or installation of furnaces and central air conditioning.
F.  Remodeling that makes structural changes to the building.
G.  Replacement of water heaters.
H.  Service lateral replacements for sewer or water service.  (May also require a street opening permit from the Dept. of Public Works)
I.   Fences
J.  Signs
K.  Replacement or installation of driveways (except gravel)
