Hatten Park
boasts of 120 wooded acres with nature and cross-country ski trails. The park offers a beautiful stadium, shelter rentals, playgrounds, basketball court, ball fields, tennis and volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, disc golf course, flower garden, walk/bike trail. Public restrooms are handicap accessible and open mid May-September. fun fact: Hatten Park is named after William Hatten. The New London community knows Mr. Hatten as a prominent lumber company owner and major contributor.


Hatten Park Shelter Reservation Information:  Shelter #2 and #3 are located in the middle of Historic Hatten Park, these facilities are a great option for birthdays, family reunions, graduation parties and even weddings. The large shelter can be divided into 2 rentable spaces. Amenities include: electricity, wash tub, sink, refridgerator, restrooms, picnic tables, and covered shelter.
  Kunkel Shelter is located at the main entrance of Historic Hattne Park, this facility has a private fenced in shelter area, picnic tables, restrooms, and electricity to host a variety of family activities.
