Steuben Expanded Stemmed points are part of the Lowe Cluster. They are found most frequently in Illinois, Missouri, eastern Iowa, southern Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Indiana. They were named after the Steuben Village and Mound Site in Fulton County, Illinois which is associated with the Hopewell Culture.
