Hi-Lo Cluster points are mainly found in the Great Lakes area, although points have been found as far east as Massachusetts. The site for which the cluster is named is in southwestern Michigan. These points are often associated with caribou hunting camp sites. They are thought to be a multiple purpose tool used not only as a projectile point, but also as a knife or butchering tool.
